Huh? Didn’t I say the same thing pretty much?

“Westbrook is an incredible athlete”
“Heâ€™s a great defender, so heâ€™ll get solid minutes this season”

I just followed that up by saying he won’t have great value unless he gets 30+ mpg, which I don’t see happening unless Watson gets hurt. Can Westbrook get enough “steals, rebounds, and points” in just 20-28 minutes to be fantasy worthy?

I’m more optimistic about Westbrook than you are. Guy is a freak and he’s a great defender and a team player to boot. That means he’ll get PT on his defense alone. Of course he won’t give you many assists, but steals, rebounds and points will be there. Think Rajon Rondo with more points and less assists.

You mean the “Round by Round Targetâ€ suggestions? I don’t think so.

Mainly because, those should be used as a reference point only, and I do NOT recommend using them to draft your team.

While I’ve been writing the team previews, I’ve been projecting stats for all relevant players, calculating values, and determining rankings. In the process, there are players I’ve realized I said to draft too high, too low, etc. So take those with a grain of salt, and get ready for the draft guide!

Of course, if someone else wants to put the suggestions in a list, feel free. I’d be most interested in seeing how many total players I said to draft, to see how close it comes to 168 (# of players drafted in a 12 x 14 league).

my fav vid in the sidebar was the last play where he faked a behind the back pass to get a clear lane to the basket. could have called a travel but anyways.

Baron gets more style points because you can hear him scream in the air, even over the UCLA home crowd. And before he hurt his knee in college, his hops were insane. But Westbrook is an incredible athlete.
